The Institute for Legal Support and Technical Assistance (ILSTA) is an Institute set up by legal professionals from international development organisations, national development agencies, academia, and the private sector.

ILSTA is registered in Luxembourg and operating as an implementing agency for Luxembourg development cooperation focusing on Good Governance.
